With the provider in mind, The Ten Absolutes Training System is designed to provide what all training products promise. However, this training program guarantees:
- Direct care staff will visibly interact more positively with those for whom they provide care
- Supervisory staff will visibly interact more positively with those for whom they provide supervision
- Impossible task completion will become possible
- Positive interaction will increase – fun and laughter will become the “New Norm”
- Opportunity to maintain these changes will be provided on a regular basis
- Future Training requirements will be completed in a timely manner
The Ten Absolutes Training System is unique in that each employee receives a manual and DVD with simple and easy to follow instructions. The system was created as group training, individual training or even a “take home” and return training. You decide!
